The posting

En nuestro equipo de Site Activities, del negocio Hydro Generators en Beasain, buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Proyecto comprometido/a y proactivo/a para planificar, coordinar y gestionar las actividades en campo, garantizando la satisfacción de nuestros clientes externos, cumpliendo con los más altos estándares de seguridad y eficiencia de costes.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificar y organizar las actuaciones en campo, asegurando la correcta asignación de recursos propios y externos.
  • Gestionar toda la documentación necesaria para la realización de los servicios.
  • Monitorizar y dar soporte continuo durante la ejecución de las actividades en campo.
  • Cerrar y evaluar las actuaciones conforme a los estándares de calidad.

Otras funciones

  • Colaborar en procesos de oferta aportando conocimiento técnico del departamento Site Activities.
  • Participar en el diseño e implementación de actividades relacionadas con la central.
  • Gestionar y mantener los recursos materiales, incluyendo equipos y herramientas del departamento.
  • Mantener y gestionar la red de proveedores asociados a la actividad en campo.

Requisitos

  • Formación superior (Grado o Máster) en Ingeniería Electromecánica, Eléctrica o Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Conocimiento básico de las actividades en central.
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos eléctricos, constructivos e hidráulicos.
  • Dominio de herramientas Office y software relacionado.
  • Fuerte orientación al cliente y al servicio.
  • Proactividad, iniciativa y capacidad para tomar decisiones con confianza.
  • Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y con alto nivel de interacción interpersonal.
  • Gran sensibilidad y compromiso con las normas de prevención y seguridad.
  • Nivel de inglés medio-alto (se valorará francés y euskera).
