The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Electrónica de Potencia en el Area Tecnológica de Converters & Controls de Zamudio.

Sus principales funciones serán:

· Participar en proyectos de investigación y desarrollo sobre componentes de electrónica de potencia.

· Seleccionar y caracterizar componentes de electrónica de potencia para su potencial uso en los diseños de las unidades de negocio.

· Liderar análisis e investigaciones en tecnologías novedosas.

· Definir y desarrollar los bancos de pruebas de componentes y las herramientas de diseño.

· Ayudar en la uniformización de procesos y metodologías de diseño.

· Liderar investigaciones de incidencias relevantes.

· Colaborar activamente con toda la cadena de valor, como proveedores, ingenieros/as de electrónica de potencia de las unidades de negocio, departamento de compras, montaje, postventa...

· Contribuir al desarrollo de una hoja de ruta de electrónica de potencia. Generación de nuevas ideas y propuestas de mejora de tecnología y/o producto.

· Mantenerse al corriente de la tecnología de vanguardia y las tendencias del mercado que afecten a los productos y servicios de la empresa.

· Transmitir conocimientos a todos los niveles de la empresa.

· Generar documentación para uso interno o entrega a cliente.

Requisitos:

· Estudios de ingeniería especializado/a en electrónica de potencia.

· Conocimientos en el uso de Matlab/Simulink.

· Inglés mínimo B2

· Español mínimo B1

· Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente en viajes cortos.

Se valorarán:

· Experiencia previa en puesto similar.

· Inglés nivel avanzado.

· Otros idiomas.

· Iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, orientación a la calidad y resultados, y perseverancia en la resolución de problemas.
