Buscamos Ingeniero/a de Soporte Técnico en Generadores Síncronos para nuestro negocio de Flexible Power Generation, donde la misión principal del puesto será:

Reportando al actual responsable de SAT y bajo su formación y supervisión, el objetivo de la persona incorporada, será dar soporte técnico a clientes desde la planta de Beasain, durante la vida en servicio de los generadores desde su instalación y puesta en marcha.

Cometidos principales

  • Apoyar en el servicio al cliente sobre consultas, reclamaciones y problemas técnicos para generadores en servicio, de forma eficaz y a tiempo.
  • Coordinar recursos propios y ajenos para actuaciones en campo y reparaciones en taller. Supervisar información diaria (fotos, reportes) y el informe final entregable.
  • Dar soporte a ingenieros de campo propios y subcontratados durante asistencias técnicas.
  • Coordinarse con distintos departamentos internos para resolver consultas y problemas técnicos.
  • Preparar técnicamente, contractualmente y logísticamente asistencias técnicas y reparaciones en barcos/plantas de cliente.
  • Transmitir al departamento de calidad los problemas relevantes para análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua.
  • Desarrollar y mantener documentación técnica que asegure calidad y consistencia del servicio.
  • Apoyar al departamento comercial en definición de ofertas de repuestos, servicios y contratos.
  • Colaborar con oficina técnica en aspectos de servicio para diseño.
  • Viajar puntualmente a instalaciones de clientes para asistencias, reuniones técnicas y soporte comercial.
  • Viajar a instalaciones de proveedores cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Eléctrica / Mecatrónica / Electrónica.
  • Persona con inquietud y motivación por aprender y desarrollar una carrera en el ámbito de la gestión de la asistencia técnica, comprometida con el aprendizaje y el crecimiento profesional.
  • Aptitudes de comunicación con clientes de forma hablada y escrita. Orientación al servicio.
  • Actitud resolutiva.
  • Aptitudes para el trabajo en equipo y coordinación entre distintas funciones para lograr objetivos.
  • Nivel de inglés alto.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia de trabajo en motores y/o generadores eléctricos, con sólida base técnica en estos productos, y procesos de servicio, ingeniería y/o fabricación asociados.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de servicio.
  • Orientación al detalle.
  • Aptitudes para defender posiciones convincentemente de forma argumentada.
  • Conocimiento básico de SAP.
  • Euskara.
