The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Hardware de Control para el Sector Aeronáutico en sus instalaciones de Zamudio.

Su misión será diseñar y validar elementos hardware relacionados con la propulsión eléctrica y la conversión de energía. Más en concreto para el diseño de la tarjeta de control digital, necesaria para la regulación, control, comunicaciones y seguridad de la máquina eléctrica (inversor DCAC) y de convertidores (DCDC).

Se integrará en el área de I+D de la empresa dentro de un grupo multidisciplinar enfocado a sistemas de aeronáuticos.

Sus principales funciones serán:

-Analizar del estado del arte en hardware de control para sistemas de propulsión eléctricos aeronáuticos y convertidores, para posteriormente y en base a los requisitos liderar el diseño del concepto, los esquemas, la fabricación, validación y pruebas finales.

-Realizar análisis de especificaciones de cliente, desglosando la especificación y definiendo los requisitos aplicables al diseño del hardware. Realizar la gestión de los requisitos, asegurando la trazabilidad contra el diseño, ensayos de verificación.

-Gestionar los cambios de diseño además de colaborar, definir y acordar con el resto de los departamentos de diseño considerando su impacto.

-Diseñar esquemas y layout contemplando recomendaciones de fabricación, requisitos, reglas de EMC y nivel de normativa a aplicar (DAL A, B, C, D o ASIL D, C, B, A o SIL 2, 3, 4), para la electrónica de control.

-Conocer los fundamentos del diseño en base a la normativa aeronáutica DO-254 (Design Assurance Guidance for Airborne Electronic Hardware) o en su defecto conocimiento de desarrollo en otras normativas (por ejemplo, ISO26262) siguiendo el ciclo en V de desarrollo.

-Realizar el seguimiento de cumplimiento de la normativa, bien con agentes externos a la compañía o con internos.

-Aprovisionar componentes básicos y hacer su seguimiento en las etapas de fabricación y montaje, hasta la obtención de las tarjetas funcionales.

-Redacción del plan de validación y verificación, así como el seguimiento de ensayos.

Requisitos mínimos: -Titulación de: Ingeniería Superior Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o similar.

-Experiencia mínima 4 años en el diseño de circuitos electrónicos en sector aeronáutico/automoción.

-Conocimientos de: Buses de comunicación CAN, Ethernet, CAN FD, SPI, I2C Diseño de microcontroladores de diferentes fabricantes (Infineon, NXP, Microchip), así como de FPGAs. Herramientas de diseño hardware (Altium, Orcad), y de simulación de circuitos (LTSpice, Qspice, Micro-cap, TINA).

-Inglés mínimo C1

-Redacción de informes y reuniones técnicas con cliente.

Se valorarán:

-Conocimientos de software de simulación (Ansys Electronic Desktop, ICE PAck, TRM) y de EMCs (hyperlynx). -Formación en Functional Safety ISO 26262, DO-254. -Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de requisitos y trazabilidad (Polarion de Siemens, DOORS) así como experiencia en escritura de requisitos, creación de especificaciones internas desde requisitos de cliente.
