The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Hardware de Potencia para el Sector Aeronáutico en sus instalaciones de Zamudio.

Su misión será diseñar y validar de hardware de potencia para sistemas de propulsión eléctrica y conversión de energía. En concreto, para el desarrollo de la etapa de potencia (power stage) asociada a inversores DC/AC para máquina eléctrica y convertidores DC/DC, incluyendo la selección de semiconductores (Si/SiC/GaN), magnetismos, sensórica asociada, diseño térmico y consideraciones de EMC/EMI desde fases tempranas.

Se integrará en el área de I+D de la empresa dentro de un grupo multidisciplinar enfocado a sistemas de aeronáuticos.

Sus principales funciones serán:

-Analizar el estado del arte en electrónica de potencia aeronáutica (topologías, semiconductores WBG, drivers, magnetismos, refrigeración), para posteriormente y en base a requisitos liderar el diseño de concepto, esquemáticos, selección de componentes, fabricación, validación y pruebas finales de:

o Inversores DC/AC (2/3 niveles, multiphase, etc.) para motor eléctrico. o Convertidores DC/DC (aislados y no aislados: LLC, PSFB, DAB, interleaved, etc.) para distribución eléctrica.

-Analizar las especificaciones de cliente, desglosando la especificación y definiendo los requisitos aplicables al diseño del hardware de potencia. Gestión de requisitos asegurando trazabilidad contra diseño, análisis y ensayos de verificación.

-Definir y justificar la arquitectura de potencia (tensiones/corrientes, niveles de aislamiento, estrategia de protección y derating), incluyendo cálculos de pérdidas/eficiencia y dimensionamiento de componentes críticos.

-Diseñar esquemáticos y participar en el layout de potencia (rutas de alta corriente, minimización de inductancias parásitas, control de dv/dt y di/dt, distancias de aislamiento/creepage/clearance, barreras, apantallamientos), contemplando recomendaciones de fabricación y reglas de EMC.

-Seleccionar y dimensionar:

o Semiconductores (MOSFET/IGBT/SiC/GaN), diodos, snubbers, clamp circuits. o Gate drivers (aislados/no aislados), alimentación de drivers, protección DESAT, soft shutdown, Miller clamp, etc. o Magnetismos (inductores, transformadores), condensadores DC-link (film/electrolítico), sensores de corriente/tensión (Hall, shunt, fluxgate, Rogowski), contactores/precharge si aplica.

-Diseñar y coordinar el sistema térmico: estimación de pérdidas, diseño de disipación (heatsink, cold plate, interfaces térmicas), requisitos de refrigeración (aire/líquido), y soporte a simulaciones térmicas con el equipo correspondiente.

-Definir y ejecutar (o coordinar) estrategias de protección: OCP/SCP, OVP, UVLO, OTP, fallo de driver, shoot-through, aislamiento, descargas del bus DC, gestión de transitorios, robustez frente a fallos.

-Planificar y ejecutar la validación y verificación de la etapa de potencia: pruebas funcionales, eficiencia, térmicas, SOA, transitorios, caracterización EMI/EMC, y soporte a ensayos ambientales (DO-160) cuando aplique.

-Gestionar cambios de diseño y colaborar con otros departamentos (control, firmware, mecánica, sistemas, calidad y certificación) para acordar cambios considerando impacto en requisitos y ensayos.

-Aprovisionar componentes críticos (lead-times, alternativas, obsolescencia) y seguimiento de fabricación/montaje hasta la obtención de prototipos y unidades funcionales.

-Redactar documentación técnica: especificaciones internas, justificaciones de diseño (cálculos/derating), informes de ensayo y soporte a auditorías de cliente/certificación.

Requisitos mínimos:

-Titulación de Ingeniería Superior Electrónica / Industrial / Telecomunicaciones o similar.

-Experiencia mínima de 4 años en diseño de electrónica de potencia en sector aeronáutico, automoción, ferroviario o industrial de alta exigencia.

-Experiencia demostrable en convertidores DC/DC y/o inversores DC/AC (trifásicos), incluyendo dimensionamiento, selección de componentes y puesta en marcha de prototipos.

-Conocimientos de: Semiconductores de potencia (IGBT/MOSFET) y wide bandgap (SiC/GaN): criterios de selección, conmutación, pérdidas, gate driving y mitigación de ringing/EMI. EMI/EMC en electrónica de potencia: filtros de entrada/salida, modos común/diferencial, apantallamiento, estrategias de layout, y medidas en laboratorio (LISN, sondas de corriente, near-field, etc.). Magnetismos de potencia (diseño/selección) y componentes pasivos críticos (DC-link, film caps, busbars, laminados).

-Experiencia en herramientas de diseño y simulación: o CAD: Altium / OrCAD (o equivalente) para esquemáticos y soporte a PCB. o Simulación: LTspice/PSIM/PLECS/Simplis (o equivalente) para análisis de topologías y transitorios.

-Ingl és mínimo C1

-Redacción de informes y reuniones técnicas con cliente.

Se valorarán:

-Conocimeintos de Herramientas térmicas/EM (Ansys, Icepak, Q3D, Maxwell) y de integridad (p. ej., HyperLynx).

-Normativa/proceso aplicable: o Valorable conocimiento de DO-254 (si parte del hardware tiene implicaciones de certificación) y/o experiencia en procesos equivalentes (ISO 26262, IEC 61508) siguiendo ciclo en V. o Experiencia o familiaridad con DO-160 (ensayos ambientales/EMC para aviónica/equipos embarcados).

-Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de requisitos y trazabilidad (Polarion, DOORS), escritura de requisitos y creación de especificaciones internas a partir de requisitos de cliente.
