¿Te motiva liderar proyectos industriales completos de principio a fin? ¿Buscas un reto con exposición internacional? En Ingeteam, líderes en soluciones avanzadas de bombeo y energía, te ofrecemos la oportunidad de formar parte de nuestro equipo como Project Manager en la división de Water.

Estarás al frente de proyectos de sistemas y soluciones integradas de bombeo para desaladoras, abastecimiento de agua, minería, offshore y otras industrias en todo el mundo. Se trata de proyectos relevantes para el desarrollo del planeta, que contribuyen a asegurar el recurso hídrico para poblaciones e industrias de manera sostenible. Todo ello, en un momento de expansión global en el que la fiabilidad y la confianza del cliente marcan la diferencia.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Liderar cada proyecto desde la adjudicación hasta la recepción final, garantizando la seguridad, calidad, cumplimiento de plazos y control de costes.
  • Ser responsable de la cuenta de resultados del proyecto: partiendo del presupuesto, asegurar el margen, la facturación y el cash flow.
  • Actuar como principal punto de contacto con los clientes.
  • Coordinar un equipo multidisciplinar formado por las áreas de ingeniería, compras, fabricación, calidad, logística y servicio, así como la interfaz con otras unidades del grupo.
  • Planificar, controlar y reportar el avance del proyecto, anticipando riesgos y activando planes de acción.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, la normativa aplicable y los requisitos documentales del cliente.
  • Colaborar con el equipo comercial durante la fase de oferta, aportando visión sobre plazos, riesgos y ejecución.
  • Realizar viajes a clientes, proveedores y obras.

Lo que buscamos

  • Estudios superiores. No nos cerramos a una formación específica.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de bienes de equipo o maquinaria industrial bajo pedido, con clientes internacionales.
  • Si tienes iniciativa, capacidad para profundizar en aspectos técnicos, actitud proactiva, orientación al cliente y ganas de crecer, queremos conocerte.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, criterio técnico y económico, habilidades de negociación y orientación a la gestión integral de proyectos.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Valoramos especialmente

  • Experiencia en sectores exigentes como Oil & Gas, offshore, desalación o infraestructuras de agua.
  • Certificación PMP o similar.
  • Manejo de herramientas de planificación, como MS Project o Primavera.
  • Conocimiento de máquinas rotativas: bombas, motores eléctricos o convertidores de frecuencia.
  • Visión comercial para detectar ampliaciones de alcance y oportunidades de servicio posventa.
  • Otros idiomas.
