The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca un/a Responsable de Soluciones FI-CO especializado/a en entorno SAP para incorporarse en el área de Digitalización.

Misión

Ser la persona de referencia de las soluciones de negocio del ámbito financiero y de control de gestión, asegurando que las aplicaciones corporativas den respuesta a las necesidades de las áreas funcionales y liderando su evolución y mejora continua.

Funciones

  • Colaborar en la definición y desarrollo de la estrategia de aplicaciones financieras y de controlling del grupo.
  • Coordinar con el resto de áreas del departamento de Digitalización para garantizar la correcta integración e impacto de las soluciones implantadas.
  • Garantizar la estabilidad, escalabilidad y evolución de las aplicaciones.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y promover la optimización.
  • Mantener una relación cercana con las áreas de negocio, comprendiendo sus necesidades y adaptando las funcionalidades de las herramientas corporativas a sus procesos y casuísticas específicas.
  • Gestionar proyectos end-to-end: planificación, costes, riesgos y ejecución.
  • Coordinar y supervisar proyectos evolutivos desarrollados por proveedores externos.
  • Liderar el equipo interno de consultores especializados en el ámbito financiero y de controlling.
  • Elaborar informes y documentación funcional y técnica.
  • Gestionar y mantener de forma eficiente las aplicaciones de negocio relacionadas con Finanzas y Control de Gestión, principalmente en entorno SAP.

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria en ingeniería técnica y/o informática, o administración, Finanzas o titulaciones afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos de implantación, evolución y mantenimiento de aplicaciones de reporting financiero y operativo, planificación y consolidación, principalmente en entornos SAP.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP TR, SAP PS etc.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de consolidación(OneStream, SAP BPC o similares).
  • Experiencia en diseño, optimización y automatización de procesos de negocio.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y coordinando proyectos multidisciplinares.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2 o superior).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar de manera puntual.
  • Buscamos una persona con visión global, capacidad de liderazgo, orientación al negocio, autonomía, iniciativa y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones interpersonales.

Se valorará positivamente

  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación a S/4HANA.
  • Experiencia como consultor financiero (FI) en proyectos SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de otros módulos de SAP.
  • Conocimientos en data analytics.
