The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a (NOMBRE PUESTO) para unirse a la unidad de negocio de SQA de Operaciones C&C en Sesma (Navarra).

Misión: Se encargará de asegurar que los proveedores de Ingeteam comprendan y cumplan las especificaciones, los procedimientos y los estándares de calidad de la compañía, liderando y coordinando el análisis y la gestión de las reclamaciones en la unidad de producción, con el objetivo de alcanzar cero fallos atribuibles al proveedor tanto en el cliente como en producción.

Entre sus principales retos cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a:

  • Homologación y selección de proveedores: coordinar su homologación y clasificación, colaborar en la selección y planificar las auditorías junto con SQA C&C. Comunicar también la necesidad de deshomologar proveedores.
  • Evaluación y mejora continua: evaluar a los proveedores, hacer seguimiento de los objetivos de calidad y gestionar los indicadores de la Unidad de Producción, como KPI, OQD y reclamaciones. Coordinar planes de mejora y proyectos de calidad con los proveedores.
  • Validación y planes de calidad: coordinar la validación de procesos y participar en la validación de componentes, en colaboración con I+D y Calidad de Planta. Definir e implantar planes de calidad según el tipo de producto y proceso.
  • Coordinación entre áreas: buscar sinergias entre departamentos y unidades de negocio, y coordinar documentación clara y estandarizada para los proveedores, siguiendo los criterios de SQA.
  • Incidencias y no conformidades: comunicar los problemas de calidad a los proveedores y hacer seguimiento de su análisis de causa raíz y de las acciones correctivas y preventivas. Coordinar el apoyo de las áreas necesarias y velar por que las acciones se completen en plazo.
  • Gestiones asociadas a incidencias: supervisar las incidencias de planta, gestionar los cargos cuando la responsabilidad sea del proveedor y tramitar solicitudes de derogación. No incluye gestionar devoluciones ni otras operaciones internas de planta.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Técnica Industrial. Grado en Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un Departamento de Calidad o Departamento Técnico.
  • Inglés C1
  • Experiencia en liderar la gestión de 8D, y otras “Core tools”
  • Conocimiento de ERP (SAP)
