The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Técnico de Costes y Stock para unirse a la unidad de negocio de Operaciones C&C en Sarriguren/Ortuella/Sesma.

Misión: Se encargará de controlar el presupuesto y los indicadores críticos en las plantas de C&C.

Entre sus principales retos cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a:

  • Análisis de la cuenta de resultados (20 %): Analizar mensualmente los resultados económicos de las plantas e identificar las desviaciones respecto al presupuesto.
  • Análisis y seguimiento de KPI (20 %): Revisar los indicadores críticos de las plantas, analizar sus desviaciones y realizar el seguimiento de las acciones de mejora.
  • Supervisión de datos financieros (20 %): Revisar y analizar la información financiera preparada por las plantas para los procesos presupuestarios y las previsiones.
  • Control del personal de las plantas (15 %): Comparar las necesidades de personal con la plantilla real y realizar el seguimiento de la evolución de las horas trabajadas.
  • Soporte a las plantas (15 %): Actuar como punto de contacto para resolver dudas y proporcionar soporte en los procesos y análisis correspondientes.
  • Mejora de procesos SAP (10 %): Participar en la mejora, optimización y unificación de procesos mediante SAP.

Requisitos:

  • Grado de Administración de empresas/económicas o similares
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones o puestos similares.
  • Nivel de inglés B2-C1.
  • Manejo de SAP nivel avanzado.
  • Se valoraran positivamente conocimientos en Controller Financiero.
