1. 依据公司质量体系，检查原辅材料、生产过程及成品，及时发现并纠正质量异常，提升产品品质，满足客户需求。 2. 及时处理客户抱怨，分析原因，采取措施解决，提高客户满意度。 3. 严格贯彻公司质量、环境方针和安全、消防制度。 收集分析客户反馈，了解产品质量问题，制定执行改进计划，持续提升产品质量。 4. 协调研发、生产、销售等部门，共同解决质量问题，维护客户关系。 5. 跟踪各阶段变更断点，确保按时按技术要求执行。 6. 对0KM及售后质量件问题进行分析，按客户要求出具报告，提出并实施改进计划。 7. 及时完成领导交办的其他任务，如客户接待、质量8D报告编写等，汇报工作进展，处理反馈问题，提高工作效率； 8. 完成上级交代的其他工作事宜。

1.统招本科及以上学历，机械/车辆/电子/材料相关专业； 2.三年以上相关工作经验，有汽车零部件企业行业者优先； 3.熟练运用IATF16949五大核心工具（APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA），掌握8D、5Why等质量问题分析方法； 4.拥有强烈的客户服务意识，具备跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
