职位描述：

先期质量策划：负责新产品开发阶段的质量策划，确保项目从设计到生产的质量目标得以实现。

检具开发与验收：主导检具的设计、开发及验收，确保其符合产品要求和质量标准。

质量控制文件编制：编制并发放过程质量控制文件，包括SOP+3阶段的相关文档。

问题分析与解决：针对开发阶段的质量问题进行分析，制定解决方案，并按照客户要求完成分析报告，主导客户端的汇报工作。

APQP资料编制：负责APQP（先期产品质量策划）相关资料的编制与提交，确保项目按计划推进。

PPAP主导：主导PPAP（生产件批准程序）的收集与提交，确保SOP+3阶段的产品符合客户要求。

变更管理：跟踪并管理产品变更断点，确保变更过程的合规性与可追溯性。

质量审核与试验：负责周期性产品审核、年度型式试验、SPC（统计过程控制）及MSA（测量系统分析）的方案策划与实施。

项目移交：负责SOP+3后项目的质量移交工作，确保项目顺利转入量产阶段。

其他任务：完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械、电子、材料或相关专业。

工作经验：3年以上质量工程相关经验，具备先期质量策划和项目管理经验者优先。

技能要求：熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA等质量管理工具，具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力。

沟通能力：具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与客户、供应商及内部团队有效协作。

责任心：工作严谨，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力。
