Job Description:

Coordinador Logístico

Coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de planeación comercial para el canal Retail, asegurando el correcto análisis de información, pronósticos de demanda, control de inventarios y seguimiento a KPIs comerciales. Contribuye directamente al logro de objetivos de venta, rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa de la unidad de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar los procesos de planeación de demanda para cuentas Retail, asegurando pronósticos precisos y oportunos.
  • Analizar tendencias de ventas, niveles de inventario y comportamiento de mercado para generar estrategias de abastecimiento.
  • Dar seguimiento a los planes de compra, cobertura de inventario y proyecciones de sell-out.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos comerciales, logística, finanzas y marketing para garantizar la correcta ejecución de planes de negocio.
  • Generar y presentar reportes ejecutivos con análisis de desempeño comercial, KPIs y recomendaciones estratégicas.
  • Identificar riesgos y oportunidades en el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de herramientas y procesos de mejora continua relacionados con planeación y forecast.
  • Asegurar la alineación con marcas y partners estratégicos para cumplir objetivos de disponibilidad y rotación de producto.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en planeación de demanda, planeación comercial o supply chain (idealmente en retail o distribución de tecnología).
  • Conocimiento sólido de pronósticos de venta, control de inventarios y análisis de datos.
  • Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos).
  • Deseable experiencia con herramientas de planeación (SAP, Power BI, Tableau o similares).
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
