Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Lager & Materials

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Du führst und entwickelst unser Team im Bereich Materials und Lager fachlich sowie disziplinarisch.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine effiziente, termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Materialversorgung.
  • Du steuerst Lagerbestände und sorgst für eine hohe Bestandsqualität und Transparenz.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Lager-, Material- und Bestandsprozessen voran.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Inventuren und stellst die Einhaltung definierter Standards sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Technik und Service zusammen, um die Materialverfügbarkeit nachhaltig sicherzustellen.
  • Du nutzt Kennzahlen zur Steuerung deines Verantwortungsbereichs und leitest daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Unternehmensstandards sicher.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Materialwirtschaft oder Supply Chain Management.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lager- und Materialwirtschaft mit und hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Flurförderfahrzeuge und verstehst deren sicheren, effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz im Lagerbetrieb.
  • Du verstehst logistische Zusammenhänge und kennst dich mit Bestandssteuerung, Materialplanung und Prozessoptimierung aus.
  • Du handelst lösungsorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und triffst Entscheidungen mit Weitblick.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, motivierst dein Team und förderst eine offene Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
