Over de functie

Voor een internationale organisatie in logistiek en transport zoeken we een HR & Payroll Officer die het HR team tijdelijk komt versterken. Je komt terecht in een omgeving met continue werking en een gevarieerde populatie van arbeiders en bedienden. Die zijn verspreid over meerdere paritaire comités, elk met hun eigen loonregels en sectorale afspraken.

Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht van ongeveer 5 maanden, met start in december 2026.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden van de loonadministratie voor een operationele arbeiderspopulatie, tijdig en correct, op basis van de aangeleverde prestatiegegevens
  • Verwerken en controleren van de payroll via het pakket van het sociaal secretariaat en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren
  • Opvolgen van de extralegale voordelen en de correcte verwerking ervan in de loonberekening
  • Controleren van de tijdsregistratie en correcties opvolgen
  • Verwerken van loopbaanonderbrekingen en afwezigheden
  • Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers in de HR en loonadministratiesystemen
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over hun loon en voordelen
  • Bewaken van de juistheid van personeelsgegevens en de naleving van de arbeidswetgeving en het interne beleid

Wie we zoeken

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in HR en loonadministratie, bij voorkeur met een arbeiderspopulatie in een operationele omgeving
  • Ervaring met meerdere paritaire comités en de bijhorende sectorale loonregels
  • Goede kennis van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving en loonregels
  • Ervaring met een payrollpakket van een sociaal secretariaat, zoals Acerta, SD Worx of Securex
  • Vlot werken met HR software en tijdsregistratiesystemen
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, je beheert meerdere dossiers tegelijk zonder fouten
  • Sterk communicatief en klantgericht naar medewerkers toe
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en beschikbaar vanaf begin december
