Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in regio Lier zoeken we een HR & Payroll Officer met een goede basiskennis van payroll en sociale wetgeving.

Ben je administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is dit een mooie kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen HR en payroll!

Jouw taken

  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers, contracten en sociale documenten.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistraties, verloven en afwezigheden.
  • Administratief begeleiden van in- en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Beantwoorden van HR- en payrollvragen van medewerkers.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-rapporteringen en verbeterprojecten.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen HR-administratie en payroll.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.

Je hoeft nog geen senior payrollspecialist te zijn. Een stevige basis, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de ambitie om verder te groeien zijn minstens zo belangrijk!
