Wat je gaat doen:

Als Junior Recruitment Specialist speel je een actieve rol in het aantrekken, selecteren en begeleiden van kandidaten voor diverse posities binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers en het HR-team om het wervingsproces professioneel en mensgericht te laten verlopen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en publiceren van doelgerichte vacatureteksten
  • Screenen van kandidaten op basis van cvs en motivatie
  • Plannen en voeren van intakegesprekken
  • Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten gedurende het gehele proces
  • Optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen en -systemen
  • Ondersteunen bij employer branding-initiatieven

Wat jij brengt:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in HRM, psychologie of communicatie
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt een proactieve houding
  • Affiniteit met technologie of ervaring binnen een tech-omgeving is een pre
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
