Over de organisatie

Onze opdrachtgever is een hoogwaardig bemiddelingsbureau in hartje Amsterdam, gespecialiseerd in het verbinden van schaars IT-talent met toonaangevende organisaties. In tegenstelling tot de grote 'cv-schuivers', focust dit bureau zich op diepgaande marktkennis en een persoonlijke aanpak. Je komt te werken in een jong, ambitieus team waar ondernemerschap wordt aangemoedigd en successen uitgebreid worden gevierd.

De Rol: Wat ga je doen als Junior?

Als Junior Recruitment Consultant word je klaargestoomd om een eigen 'desk' te runnen. Je begint bij de basis: het vinden en binden van de beste professionals in de markt.

  • Sourcing: Je leert hoe je via LinkedIn en andere kanalen toptalent vindt dat anderen niet kunnen vinden.
  • Interviewen: Je voert gesprekken (zowel fysiek als online) om te achterhalen wat iemands drijfveren zijn.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je ondersteunt bij het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en leert hoe je nieuwe business genereert.
  • Sales: Je leert hoe je kandidaten enthousiasmeert voor nieuwe uitdagingen en hoe je deals sluit.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding.
  • Je hebt 0-1 jaar werkervaring (stages of bijbanen in een commerciële omgeving zijn een pré).
  • Je bent een 'self-starter': je ziet werk liggen en durft de telefoon op te pakken.
  • Je bent woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Amsterdam.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
