Onze klant is een ambitieuze en innovatieve speler in de Consumer Health sector, gevestigd in een prachtig pand in hartje Amsterdam. Met een compact en gedreven team van circa 15 professionals ontwikkelen zij hoogwaardige gezondheidsproducten die wereldwijd in meer dan 25 landen worden verkocht. Vanwege de internationale groei en de focus op kwaliteit, zoeken wij een proactieve Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.

Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je de spil in het waarborgen van procedures, systemen en processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de strengste kwaliteits- en regelgevingseisen (zoals ISO 13485 en MDR). Je werkt nauw samen met de RA/QA Manager en slaat de brug tussen interne afdelingen (R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing) en externe partners zoals leveranciers en distributeurs.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Toezien op naleving van wettelijke vereisten (MDR 2017/745) door zowel de organisatie als externe leveranciers.
  • QMS Beheer: Het continu onderhouden en verbeteren van het Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je pakt hierbij zaken op als klachtenafhandeling, CAPA en change management.
  • Audits: Het uitvoeren van interne en externe audits bij (potentiële) leveranciers en het voorbereiden van audits door Notified Bodies.
  • Productvrijgave: Een cruciale rol spelen in productlabelling en de uiteindelijke vrijgave van producten voor de markt.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde BSc of MSc (bijv. Farmacie, Biomedische Wetenschappen of Chemie).
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met QA- en ISO-systemen (bij voorkeur ISO 13485).
  • Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch en neemt graag eigenaarschap over projecten.
  • Je vindt het prettig om in een kleinere, ondernemende organisatie te werken waar je echt impact maakt.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
