Onze klant ontwikkelt en beheert een toonaangevend digitaal platform waarmee organisaties veilig en juridisch rechtsgeldig online zaken kunnen doen. Denk aan oplossingen voor digitale ondertekening en identiteitsverificatie. Hun technologie wordt dagelijks gebruikt door duizenden organisaties in uiteenlopende sectoren, van mkb tot grote enterprises.

Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 30 collegas en heeft de mentaliteit en snelheid van een scale-up, gecombineerd met de stabiliteit, funding en internationale connecties van een grote corporate organisatie waar zij onderdeel van zijn. Dat betekent: korte lijnen, veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en tegelijkertijd professionele processen, schaal- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

De functie

Als Sales Automation Specialist ben jij het startpunt van het commerciële succes. Jij zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het creëren en opvolgen van warme leads. Dit doe je via de PLG machine die zij hebben gebouwd. Je bouwt campagnes en speelt met verschillende sales automation tools om gratis gebruikers te converteren naar nieuwe klanten. Ook zul je interessante leads opvolgen en kwalificeren voor de Sales Executives. Kortom, jij wordt intern de expert op het gebied van kwalitatieve outreach!

Ook kan je via deze functie doorgroeien op verschillende manieren binnen de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Meedenken over campagnes, messaging en doelgroepbenadering
  • Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn
  • Kwalificeren van leads (inbound en outbound)
  • Inplannen van afspraken en demos voor het sales team
  • Bijhouden en verrijken van klantinformatie in het CRM
  • Spelen met verschillende sales automation- en AI tools

Wie ben jij?

Jij krijgt energie van contact met mensen en vindt het leuk om commerciële kansen te spotten. Je bent leergierig, communicatief sterk en niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken.

Verder:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in sales, business development of een commerciële rol
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt affiniteit met software
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Engels en Nederlands
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en doelgericht
  • Ervaring met B2B, SaaS of IT is een pré, maar geen must
