Over de functie

Als Trainee Sales Consultant leer je alle aspecten van het vak met uitgebreide trainingen en bij onze klanten zijn er verschillende vakgebieden om je op de focussen. Zo kunnen we kijken wat het beste bij je past, bijvoorbeeld Software/SaaS sales, FinTech of bijvoorbeeld (recruitment) Consultancy. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos en samen kijken we welke opdrachtgever het beste aansluit bij jou normen en waarden.

Je neemt deel aan een trainingsprogramma dat gericht is op de ontwikkeling van je commerciële en persoonlijke competenties. Drive, doorzettingsvermogen en denken in kansen zijn belangrijk om succesvol te worden en er zijn mooie doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Je wordt onderdeel van een leuk team dat regelmatig leuke uitjes heeft, er zijn goede arbeidsvoorwaarden (met ongelimiteerd bonussysteem) en de lunch staat elke dag voor je klaar, wat wil je nog meer?

Jouw profiel

  • HBO of WO opleiding;
  • Je hebt een professionele instelling en wilt graag zakelijk succesvol worden;
  • Je bent doelgericht, leergierig en hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Je bent woonachtig in Amsterdam, Rotterdam of Haarlem en omgeving.
