Technical Expectations:

  • Prior experience delivering production-grade ML solutions in a lead or senior role.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready ML/AI solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks.
  • Proficient in data pre-processing, model tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Preferably Azure) and relevant AI/ML services.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting is a plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Keep up with the latest developments in AI/ML and apply them where relevant.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of AI ethics, fairness, and explain ability tools is desirable.
