Designation: Demand Generation Manager

Job Description:

Mandatory Expectations:

  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation
  • Experience in drafting client proposals and solution decks
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements
  • Experience in conducting client workshops and technical discussions
  • Strong presentation skills using business data
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with internal sales and delivery teams
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to own and drive presales engagements from discovery to closure

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Demand Generation, or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience with email outreach platforms such as Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to create personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of ABM, multi-channel outreach, and demand generation strategies.
  • Exposure to US, UK, and Canadian markets.
  • Experience in IT Services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft technology solutions is preferred.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target accounts.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
  • Support sales discovery calls through prospect research and qualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on case studies, sales collateral, and content initiatives.
  • Generate opportunities through Microsoft partner networks, referrals, and marketplaces.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
