ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves maintaining our brand's creative standards, collaborating on social media content and email campaigns, and developing promotional materials. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site at our office in Jardins, São Paulo, four times per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the creative quality of the Inner AI brand for internal and external audiences, always aligned with Business and Communication, for all Marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations, exercises, or training sessions.
  • Communicate directly with the Marketing team, brainstorming and conceptualizing content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Ensure the execution of the schedule and deliveries in alignment with the team.
  • Create email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop advertising pieces for online and offline promotion.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Expertise in industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and others...)
  • +3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Web Design

BONUS SKILLS

  • Knowledge of motion design/video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere or Final Cut Pro)
  • Interest or experience in Product Design (UX and UI).
