Estamos buscando um UX/UI Designer para integrar nosso time de Design de Produto. O profissional trabalhará em colaboração direta com a liderança da área, contribuindo para a evolução dos nossos produtos através de experiências centradas no usuário.

Somos um time em formação, o que significa que você terá bastante espaço para experimentar, sugerir melhorias e participar ativamente das discussões estratégicas. Valorizamos diferentes perspectivas e estamos sempre abertos a novas ideias que possam elevar a qualidade das nossas entregas.

Responsabilidades

  • Ajudar no desenvolvimento e na consistência do Design System;
  • Desdobrar fluxos em experiências de usuário com soluções visuais eficientes;
  • Criar documentação técnica e handoff detalhado para o time de engenharia;
  • Conduzir pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas com usuários;
  • Executar métodos de user research, incluindo testes de usabilidade;
  • Prototipar soluções de média e alta fidelidade;
  • Colaborar em processos de design critique e co-criação;
  • Garantir padrões de acessibilidade em todas as entregas;

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Domínio em ferramentas padrão do mercado (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e outras)
  • Experiência de 3-5 anos de experiência em Design de Produto
  • Experiência com design para mobile (iOS/Android guidelines)

Diferenciais

  • Domínio básico de After Effects (criação de animações e micro interações em Lottie)
  • Experiência em produtos B2C e B2B
