  • Führung der Produktionsbereiche Wafer Processing, Backend, Packaging und Testing mit einem Team von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für Ausbringungsmenge, Qualität und Liefertreue
  • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination aller Produktionsabläufe entsprechend den vereinbarten Lieferterminen
  • Kurz-, mittel- und langfristige Produktions- und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Skalierung der Produktionskapazitäten entsprechend den Unternehmens- und Kundenanforderungen
  • Definition und Steuerung zentraler Kennzahlen wie Yield, Throughput, Cycle Time, On-Time Delivery und Equipment Utilization
  • Erkennen von Engpässen und Optimierung von Materialfluss und Ressourcenauslastung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit gemeinsam mit Engineering und Instandhaltung
  • Strukturierte Produktionssteuerung, lückenlose Rückverfolgbarkeit und korrekte Daten in MES und ERP
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Arbeitsschutz-, ESD- und Reinraumvorgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung deines Teams und Sicherstellung der richtigen Qualifikationen und Prozessabdeckung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain Management, Engineering und Qualitätsmanagement

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion eines technologieorientierten Industrieunternehmens
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse komplexer Produktionsprozesse, idealerweise im Reinraum- oder Hightech-Fertigungsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Kapazitätssteuerung und Yield Management
  • Erfahrung mit MES/ERP-Systemen und datenbasierter Produktionssteuerung
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, 5S und strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden
  • Erfahrung in der Führung multikultureller und mehrsprachiger Teams
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to Have

  • Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Produktionsprozessen und der Überführung neuer Produkte in die Serienfertigung
  • Kenntnisse in der Halbleiterfertigung, Mikroelektronik oder Photonik
  • Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden, mittelständischen Technologieunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse in Industrie 4.0 und digitalem Produktionsmonitoring
