Your mission

Sorg dafür, dass unsere Laserdioden pünktlich entstehen – und ihren Weg zu Kunden weltweit finden

  • Einkauf & Lieferanten: Du beschaffst Materialien, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen für unsere Produktion und bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Lieferanten.
  • Stammdaten im ERP: Preise, Lieferzeiten, Bezugsquellen – du hältst Artikel- und Lieferantendaten sauber. Denn gute Daten sind die Basis für alles andere.
  • Materialverfügbarkeit: Du behältst Bestellungen und Liefertermine im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktion nicht auf Material warten muss.
  • Lieferanten-Compliance: Du prüfst Lieferanten anhand unserer Compliance-Vorgaben und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar.
  • Internationale Logistik & Zoll: Du organisierst nationale und internationale Transporte, koordinierst Versanddienstleister und kümmerst dich um Versand- und Zolldokumente sowie alle Formalitäten im Außenhandel.
  • Schnittstelle: Bei Fragen zu internationalem Einkauf und Versand bist du die Ansprechperson – intern wie extern – und klärst offene Punkte direkt mit den beteiligten Abteilungen und Dienstleistern.
  • Mit der Rolle wachsen: Je nach Entwicklung unterstützt du auch bei der Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen.

Your profile

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Einkauf, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Materialwirtschaft oder in der Logistik
  • ERP-Systeme sind für dich Alltag – und saubere Stammdaten eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – Englisch ist unsere Unternehmenssprache
  • Rückfragen klärst du am liebsten selbst, statt sie weiterzureichen
  • Auch bei vielen parallelen Vorgängen behältst du den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Zollabwicklung, Incoterms oder Exportkontrolle ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss
