The posting

Atuar no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de automação industrial, com foco em programação de CLPs, integração de sistemas, desenvolvimento de aplicações, testes e comissionamento, contribuindo tecnicamente para a execução dos projetos do INNOTEC.

  • Desenvolver e programar CLPs (PLC) para aplicações industriais;
  • Desenvolver e configurar sistemas de IHM e supervisórios;
  • Realizar integração entre CLPs, inversores, sensores, atuadores e demais equipamentos;
  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções de automação industrial;
  • Realizar testes, validações e comissionamento de sistemas;
  • Interpretar e elaborar diagramas e documentação técnica;
  • Identificar falhas e realizar troubleshooting em sistemas automatizados;
  • Acompanhar instalações, testes e partidas de máquinas e equipamentos;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente a execução dos projetos de engenharia;
  • Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares, fornecedores e clientes;
  • Realizar viagens para acompanhamento de projetos, testes e comissionamentos, quando necessário.
  • Formação superior em Engenharia de Automação, Controle e Automação, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida em automação industrial; Domínio de programação de CLPs; Conhecimento em IHM e sistemas supervisórios; Experiência com integração e comunicação entre equipamentos industriais; Conhecimento em redes e protocolos de comunicação industrial; Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e documentação técnica; Disponibilidade para viagens.

⭐ Será um diferencial Experiência com Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Schneider, WEG ou Mitsubishi; Conhecimento em TIA Portal, Studio 5000, WinCC, FactoryTalk ou plataformas similares; Experiência com sistemas SCADA; Conhecimento em inversores de frequência e servomotores; Experiência em comissionamento e startup de máquinas; Experiência em projetos de automação industrial e integração de sistemas.
