Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência técnica e perfil de liderança para atuar como Tech Leader, sendo responsável por coordenar equipes multidisciplinares, suportar projetos de engenharia, manufatura e testes, além de promover melhorias contínuas nos processos, garantindo qualidade, produtividade e excelência operacional.

O profissional atuará como referência técnica, apoiando a tomada de decisões estratégicas, desenvolvimento de pessoas e implementação de soluções inovadoras para os desafios da operação.

  • Principais Responsabilidades
  • Liderar equipes técnicas de engenharia, testes e operações, promovendo desenvolvimento, capacitação e alta performance.
  • Coordenar atividades relacionadas à introdução de novos produtos (NPI), validação de processos e industrialização.
  • Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), definindo planos de ação para melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar na identificação e solução de problemas técnicos complexos em processos produtivos e sistemas.
  • Implementar metodologias Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma e ferramentas da qualidade.
  • Coordenar projetos de melhoria de produtividade, qualidade e redução de custos.
  • Garantir a elaboração e atualização de documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e instruções de trabalho.
  • Realizar interface com clientes, fornecedores e áreas internas para alinhamento técnico e operacional.
  • Apoiar processos de auditoria, certificações e sistemas de gestão da qualidade.
  • Conduzir análises de falhas, ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Participar do planejamento estratégico da área, contribuindo para a definição de metas e resultados.

Formação Graduação completa em Engenharia de Controle e Automação, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia Mecatrônica, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Melhoria Contínua, Gestão Industrial ou áreas relacionadas será considerado diferencial.

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes técnicas.
  • Vivência em ambientes industriais, manufatura eletrônica, automação ou engenharia de testes.
  • Conhecimento em processos de validação, testes funcionais e desenvolvimento de soluções para manufatura.
  • Experiência com gestão de indicadores de desempenho e melhoria contínua.
  • Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma e ferramentas da qualidade.
  • Capacidade de análise de falhas e resolução de problemas complexos.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da qualidade e auditorias.
  • Vivência em projetos de NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Conhecimento em processos de automação industrial e integração de sistemas.
  • Inglês técnico para leitura e interpretação de documentação.

Diferenciais

  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma Green Belt ou superior.
  • Experiência em implantação de linhas produtivas e ambientes de testes.
  • Vivência com manufatura eletrônica, telecomunicações ou equipamentos de alta tecnologia.
  • Conhecimento em automação de testes, rastreabilidade e sistemas supervisórios.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos utilizando metodologia PMI.
  • Conhecimento em robótica, Indústria 4.0 e transformação digital.
  • Experiência com gestão de grandes volumes de produtos e múltiplas linhas produtivas.
