Help Innovadis om informatiebeveiliging, kwaliteit en compliance structureel te organiseren

Bij Innovadis worden informatiebeveiliging, kwaliteit en compliance steeds belangrijker.

We werken met ISO 27001, bouwen verder aan ons kwaliteitsmanagement en willen onze processen, risico's, leveranciers en beheersmaatregelen steeds professioneler organiseren.

Daarom zoeken we een Security & Compliance Officer.

Je hoeft daarvoor niet jarenlang als securityspecialist gewerkt te hebben. We zoeken vooral iemand die gestructureerd werkt, kritisch durft te zijn en het leuk vindt om ervoor te zorgen dat afspraken niet alleen op papier staan, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de CISO, IT en collega's vanuit de verschillende onderdelen van Innovadis.

Je hoeft geen technische securityspecialist te zijn.

Wel vind je het interessant om te begrijpen hoe een organisatie haar informatie, processen en systemen beheerst en hoe je risico's structureel kunt verkleinen.

Wat ga je doen?

In de eerste periode houd je je vooral bezig met:

  • Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van het ISMS
  • Ondersteunen bij ISO 27001
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits
  • Opvolgen van auditbevindingen en verbetermaatregelen
  • Onderhouden van het risicoregister
  • Bewaken van security- en compliancecontrols
  • Opzetten en bijhouden van security-KPI's
  • Beoordelen van leveranciers en leveranciersrisico's
  • Ondersteunen bij security awareness
  • Onderhouden van beleid en procedures
  • Coördineren en verzamelen van audit- en controlebewijs
  • Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsmanagement en ISO 9001

Je bent niet degene die alle technische securitymaatregelen zelf implementeert.

Je werkt daarvoor samen met onze technische collega's. Jij zorgt ervoor dat duidelijk is welke beheersmaatregelen nodig zijn, dat afspraken worden vastgelegd, acties worden opgevolgd en aantoonbaar is dat maatregelen daadwerkelijk werken.
