¿Qué harás en Innovamat? 🎯

  • Desarrollo de mercado territorial: Prospectar activamente colegios y grupos escolares en la zona asignada, entendiendo el contexto geográfico y las dinámicas locales del sector educativo colombiano.
  • Vínculos institucionales: Construir y nutrir relaciones de confianza y largo plazo con rectores, directores académicos y juntas administradoras de instituciones educativas.
  • Asesoramiento pedagógico: Realizar reuniones de alto impacto y demostraciones metodológicas que evidencien cómo Innovamat revoluciona el aprendizaje de las matemáticas y el razonamiento crítico en el aula.
  • Gestión del ciclo completo: Liderar de principio a fin el proceso comercial regional, desde el primer contacto en frío y el mapeo de necesidades académicas, hasta la firma final del convenio.
  • Rigurosidad operativa: Colaborar con la dirección en la estrategia comercial nacional y reportar de manera rigurosa las actividades presenciales y virtuales mediante Salesforce.

¿Qué buscamos en ti? 🔍

  • Experiencia: Al menos 2-3 años de trayectoria en el área de ventas corporativas, consultoría comercial o desarrollo de negocio en el sector editorial, educación, EdTech o servicios profesionales en Colombia.
  • Pasión y afinidad educativa: Interés genuino por la pedagogía, las metodologías activas y el impacto social que genera transformar el aprendizaje escolar.
  • Resiliencia comercial: Perfil autónomo y proactivo, con alta tolerancia a la frustración ante ciclos de venta largos propios del sector institucional y educativo.
  • Habilidades humanas: Empatía, escucha activa excepcional y destreza para simplificar propuestas metodológicas complejas de manera convincente.
  • Movilidad territorial: Indispensable disponibilidad para desplazarse dentro de tu ciudad base y viajar a distintas regiones y provincias del país para realizar visitas en campo y alianzas locales.
