¿Qué es Innovamat?

Innovamat es una organización educativa centrada en el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Su propósito es contribuir a mejorar cómo se aprende esta ciencia, ofreciendo recursos, formación e investigación a la comunidad educativa.

Fundada en 2017 en Barcelona, Innovamat cuenta con más de 27 000 docentes de más de 2 800 centros educativos de España, Estados Unidos, México, Italia, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brasil y Perú, que hacen que más de 600 000 alumnos aprendan matemáticas fomentando la comprensión profunda y el desarrollo competencial.

En Ecuador, llevamos más de 2 años de expansión a lo largo de todo el país y seguimos creciendo. Por eso, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a referente en la región de Quito.

Tu misión en Innovamat

Serás parte del equipo de Customer Success y el/la referente principal para nuestros colegios en Quito y sus alrededores. Tu objetivo será asegurar que la implementación de nuestra propuesta educativa se lleve a cabo con éxito, garantizando que Innovamat funcione de forma efectiva en cada colegio con el que trabajamos en la región.

Tu día a día en Innovamat

  • Gestionarás entre 15 y 20 escuelas como su Asesor/a Didáctico/a, siendo su principal contacto y socio estratégico dentro de Innovamat.
  • Construirás relaciones de confianza con docentes, coordinadores académicos y equipos directivos.
  • Acompañarás y capacitarás al profesorado en el terreno, resolviendo dudas didácticas de forma proactiva para asegurar una excelente experiencia con nuestra propuesta.
  • Visitarás escuelas constantemente, realizando un seguimiento presencial y virtual impecable para garantizar la correcta adopción del programa.
  • Monitorearás indicadores clave de salud de la cartera, registrarás interacciones en Salesforce y trabajarás por la sostenibilidad y renovación anual de cada centro.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Pasión por las matemáticas y por transformar la educación en el aula.
  • Conocimiento o fuerte afinidad por la didáctica de las matemáticas.
  • Comprensión del contexto del sector educativo en Ecuador (especialmente del ecosistema de colegios privados).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Residir en Quito y contar con disponibilidad para desplazarte localmente y viajar por la región si el proyecto lo requiere.

Sería un plus si...

  • Tienes experiencia laboral comprobable relacionándote con colegios, equipos directivos o instituciones educativas.
  • Has trabajado previamente en organizaciones, editoriales o proyectos vinculados al sector educativo.
