¿Cuál será tu misión? 🔍

En este rol, serás el responsable de implementar la propuesta educativa de Innovamat en Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria, asegurando que los docentes comprendan y apliquen los pilares pedagógicos de la compañía. A través de formación, observación y asesoramiento personalizado, ayudarás a los docentes a mejorar su práctica en el aula y a maximizar el aprendizaje matemático de sus estudiantes, adaptando la propuesta a las necesidades específicas del contexto educativo en México.

¿Cómo lo harás? 💪🏼

  • Formarte en matemáticas, didáctica de las matemáticas y gestión de aula de la mano de los mayores referentes en didáctica de las matemáticas del mundo.
  • Conocer en profundidad el contexto educativo general y matemático de México para detectar comportamientos y necesidades específicos y, así, proponer iniciativas para adaptarnos y garantizar el éxito del aprendizaje de las matemáticas en este país.
  • Impartir sesiones (modelajes) de la propuesta de Preescolar, Primaria y Secundaria a alumnos de escuelas que trabajan con la propuesta con la finalidad de ayudar a los docentes a usar correctamente la propuesta.
  • Realizar observaciones de aula y ofrecer retroalimentación a docentes que trabajan con la propuesta con la finalidad de ayudarlos a mejorar su práctica docente en el aula de matemáticas.
  • Impartir capacitaciones en matemáticas y didáctica de las matemáticas a docentes que trabajan con la propuesta.
  • Ganarte la confianza de los Equipos Directivos y de los docentes de las escuelas que trabajan con la propuesta con la finalidad de ofrecerles un asesoramiento individualizado adaptado a su contexto, sus necesidades y sus indicadores de éxito.
  • Acompañar a los docentes en su día a día resolviendo todas sus dudas didácticas y sobre el uso de la propuesta.
