Dirigida a crianças e jovens de 3 a 16 anos, prioriza a compreensão dos conteúdos e o desenvolvimento de habilidades matemáticas ligadas à resolução de problemas, fomentando a aprendizagem dessa disciplina através da experimentação, da conversação e da prática individualizada. Nesse sentido, a Innovamat oferece trajetórias de aprendizagem sequenciadas, recursos, formação e acompanhamento à comunidade educativa, com o apoio de especialistas em didática da matemática, a ciência da aprendizagem matemática.

Seus principais desafios 🎯

  • Atuação e Acompanhamento Pedagógico: Integrar a equipe de assessoria didática como principal contato das escolas no Brasil.
  • Formação e Prática em Sala de Aula: Conduzir formações, modelagens, observações, encontros, webinários e workshops.
  • Gestão de Implementação Ponta a Ponta: Liderar a implementação do Innovamat, do planejamento à entrega de resultados.
  • Relacionamento Estratégico: Gerir relações com direções, coordenações pedagógicas e secretarias de educação.
  • Processos e Eficiência Operacional: Estruturar e otimizar processos com dados, planilhas e ferramentas de IA.
  • Execução com Foco em Métricas: Transformar implementações em planos de ação com metas, indicadores e acompanhamento.
  • Alinhamento Pedagógico: Colaborar com a assessoria didática para garantir a fidelidade da proposta pedagógica, com apoio especializado.
  • Ambiente de Alto Impacto: Atuar em ambiente dinâmico, gerando impacto mensurável nas aulas de matemática.

O que buscamos em você? 🔍

  • Imprescindível experiência prévia como professor(a) e/ou coordenador(a) pedagógico(a), preferencialmente dos Anos Iniciais.
  • Paixão genuína pela matemática e pela educação (e por melhorar os métodos tradicionais!).
  • Apaixonado por aprender e gerar impacto social. Queremos sentir a paixão!
  • Adaptabilidade e flexibilidade.
  • Facilidade para falar em público e excelentes habilidades de comunicação.
  • Aprendizado rápido e autonomia.
  • Habilidade para conectar e gerenciar um portfólio de escolas parceiras.
  • Desejo de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, motivador e acelerado.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente, organizada e autodirigida.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes com tensão e alta pressão.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar.
  • Idiomas: Espanhol fluente (desejável para alinhamento com o time global).
