Das Innovate-Werk in Naumburg/Saale produziert Feuchttücher für die Bereiche Medizinprodukte, Desinfektion, Kosmetik, Körperpflege und Reinigung.

Im Zuge der Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir Sie als Teil unseres IT-Teams. Als IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die digitale Zukunft unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit. Sie sorgen für stabile IT-Prozesse, treiben innovative IT- und OT-Projekte voran und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration moderner Microsoft 365-Umgebungen (Entra, Intune, Azure, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse verschiedener Server-, Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit Managed Switches und Firewalls (Fortinet von Vorteil)
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der IT-Anforderungen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools, z. B. Copilot, Claude
  • Proaktive, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung IT inkl. ein Mitarbeitender
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von IT- und OT-Projekten
  • Administration der Microsoft 365-Umgebung
  • Administration lokaler Server, Netzwerke und Firewalls
  • Unterstützung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen durch moderne IT-Lösungen
  • Einführung und Betreuung der unternehmensweiten Nutzung von KI-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Copilot, Claude)
  • Aktiver Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Experten der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
