Key Responsibilities:

1. International Market Expansion:

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients across industries, focusing on awards, publications, and branding opportunities.
  • Target regions include North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to establish and maintain professional relationships.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales of industry awards, magazine features, and branding solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers.
  • Present customized proposals and pitch innovative solutions that enhance brand visibility.

4. Content Collaboration & Promotion:

  • Work with editorial and content teams to develop personalized branding content for magazines and award features.
  • Coordinate with clients for interviews, content approval, and publication timelines.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and achievements to the leadership team.

6. Event Representation & Networking:

  • Represent INOBAL at international events and summits, engaging with global industry leaders.
  • Facilitate the participation of clients in prestigious award ceremonies and magazine launches.
