Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. As a fresher, you don’t need years of experience—we value a hunger to learn, a resilient attitude, and excellent communication skills above all else. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to identify business opportunities and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media networking (like LinkedIn).
  • Outreach & Qualification: Connect with prospective leads to understand their business needs and determine if our solutions are a good fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Set up product demonstrations and sales meetings for senior business development managers.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up with them regularly to keep our brand top-of-mind.
  • Reporting: Track your daily activities, calls made, and leads generated using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to any graduate with a passion for sales).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be comfortable striking up a conversation with strangers.
  • Mindset: A strong desire to pursue a career in sales, with a high tolerance for rejection and a "never-give-up" attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn is a major plus.
  • Traits: Quick learner, highly organized, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
