Angebotskoordination & Ausschreibungsprozesse: In engem Austausch mit unseren Account-Manager:innen wirkst du aktiv an passgenauen Angeboten sowie öffentlichen und privaten Ausschreibungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit. Von der ersten Recherche über die Steuerung von Kundenportalen bis zur finalen Abgabe stellst du sicher, dass alle formalen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen genau erfüllt werden. Zudem erstellst du aussagekräftige Forecasts, Statistiken und Reports, um Vertriebsaktivitäten transparent zu machen.

Qualitätssicherung & Profilmanagement: Die Erstellung und Prüfung von Kundendokumenten liegt bei dir in verlässlichen Händen. Dabei achtest du auf die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards und eine termingerechte Übermittlung. Zudem verantwortest du die hochwertige Erstellung und Pflege unserer Mitarbeiter:innenprofile in Deutsch und Englisch für den Einsatz beim Kunden.

Schnittstellenfunktion: Als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und internen Fachteams sorgst du für eine transparente und zeitnahe Kommunikation. Du verstärkst unser Team mit Schwerpunkt auf dem deutschen Markt und leistest gleichzeitig wertvollen Support für unser dynamisch wachsendes Geschäft in der Schweiz unter Einhaltung der dortigen spezifischen Rahmenbedingungen und Prozessanforderungen.

Plattformpflege & Digitalisierungs-Workflows: Die Registrierung auf Kundenportalen sowie die Pflege externer Einkaufsplattformen steuerst du eigenverantwortlich. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer internen Vertriebstools und Systeme ein, um administrative Abläufe stetig zu optimieren.

Reporting & Data Analytics: Durch die Erstellung fundierter Forecasts, Statistiken und Reports lieferst du wertvolle Data Insights zu unseren Vertriebsaktivitäten und schaffst so eine verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlage für den weiteren Unternehmenserfolg.

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

Kaufmännische Expertise & Vertriebs-Know-how: Grundlagen deines Erfolgs sind eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, ein kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im vertriebsnahen Umfeld oder in einer klassischen Assistenzrolle. Zudem bringst du Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen, mehrstufigen Vertriebs- sowie Ausschreibungsprozessen mit.

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Qualitätsanspruch: Ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität, Selbstständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung zeichnet deine tägliche Arbeit aus. Dabei verbindest du ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit der Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick zu behalten.

Agiles Mindset & Persönliche Stärken: Das Arbeiten in einem selbstorganisierten, agilen Umfeld bereitet dir Freude. Dich zeichnen nicht nur dein hohes Organisationsgeschick und deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe aus – du überzeugst auch durch Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und einen starken Teamgeist.

IT-Begeisterung & Tool-Sicherheit: Neue IT-Technologien begeistern dich und der Umgang mit modernen Google- und MS-Office-Tools fällt dir leicht. Eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Workflows ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (mind. Level C1), gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
