Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Vertriebsstrategie: Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie mit dem Fokus auf SME-Kunden.
  • Operative Führung: Du leitest konkrete Maßnahmen und Pläne zur Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie ab, mit dem Ziel, Umsatzziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
  • KPI Management: Du analysierst und optimierst anhand klarer KPIs die Performance der Vertriebsteams, verbesserst Prozesse und Strukturen nachhaltig.
  • Reseller Management: Du unterstützt den Aufbau eines leistungsstarken Reseller-Netzwerkes, baust mit dem Team langfristige Partnerschaften auf und stellst höchste Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
  • Repräsentation: Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen bei wichtigen Kunden und Partnern, um unsere Marktpräsenz und unser Netzwerk zu stärken.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du bist Teil des Senior Managements und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und treibst, um unsere Unternehmensstrategie aktiv voran.

Das bist Du

  • Du bringst mindestens 15 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit, davon circa 7 Jahre in einer Führungsposition – idealerweise im B2B-Direktvertrieb.
  • Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung von Vertriebsteams und in der Entwicklung erfolgreicher Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Deine bisherigen Erfolge zeigen, dass Du Umsatzziele nicht nur erreichst, sondern regelmäßig übertriffst.
  • Idealerweise warst Du bereits in leitenden Vertriebsfunktionen bei führenden B2B-Unternehmen im Medien-, Dienstleistungs- oder Marktplatzgeschäft tätig.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Affinität für Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) und klassischer Out-of-Home-Werbung mit.
