Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Motivation, Aufbau und zielgerichtete Führung eines Vertriebsteams von digitalen Werbeflächen.
  • Aktive Begleitung und Mitgestaltung von Kundenterminen zur Neukundenakquise.
  • Verantwortung für die individuelle Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie den personellen Ausbau in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting.
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings zur stetigen Weiterqualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden im Vertrieb.
  • Überwachung der Teamleistung mittels CRM-Reporting und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen.

Das bist Du

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Direktvertrieb sowie in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Ausgeprägte verkäuferische Fähigkeiten und Begeisterung für die Kaltakquise.
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und ein gutes Gespür für Vertriebsprofis und -talente.
  • Engagement für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und die Fähigkeit, Wissen effektiv weiterzugeben.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und kollegiale Einsatzbereitschaft.
