Buscamos uma pessoa Software Engineer Fullstack para atuar como referência técnica na evolução da arquitetura do nosso e-commerce para uma abordagem Headless, em um contexto de alta criticidade para conversão, experiência do usuário e escala de negócio.

Essa pessoa terá papel central na definição e execução de soluções de frontend e backend, garantindo um funil de conversão em tempo real, altamente customizável, escalável e de baixa latência. Esperamos alguém com repertório forte em arquitetura, capacidade de tomar decisões técnicas de alto impacto e maturidade para atuar como tech owner da frente.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar tecnicamente a evolução da arquitetura de e-commerce para uma abordagem Headless, definindo integrações, contratos e padrões entre frontend e backend.
  • Projetar soluções de software com foco em escalabilidade, performance, resiliência e flexibilidade de customização.
  • Garantir a maturidade operacional da solução, sustentando metas de latência inferior a 200ms e alta disponibilidade.
  • Atuar como tech owner da frente, conduzindo decisões arquiteturais, priorizando débitos técnicos e organizando o roadmap técnico da migração.
  • Desenvolver e revisar código com foco em qualidade, legibilidade, performance e manutenção de longo prazo.
  • Estruturar e evoluir boas práticas de engenharia em testes automatizados, CI/CD, observabilidade e infraestrutura.
  • Definir e acompanhar contratos de integração entre serviços, APIs e camadas da aplicação, assegurando consistência, segurança e boa experiência de desenvolvimento.
  • Mentorar engenheiros menos experientes, apoiando sua evolução por meio de pair programming, code review e PDI.
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima a times multidisciplinares, traduzindo desafios de negócio em soluções técnicas robustas.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Domínio avançado de JavaScript, com ênfase em TypeScript, incluindo patterns, performance e boas práticas de engenharia.
  • Experiência prática com React e Next.js, especialmente em SSR, React Server Components e otimização de performance.
  • Forte base em system design e arquitetura de software, com capacidade de desenhar sistemas distribuídos, definir contratos e equilibrar latência, consistência e confiabilidade.
  • Experiência com bancos relacionais e não relacionais, especialmente PostgreSQL e MongoDB, incluindo modelagem, indexação, migrations, replicação e estratégias de backup/restore.
  • Conhecimento sólido em APIs REST e GraphQL, com atenção a versionamento, idempotência e segurança.
  • Vivência com Git e CI/CD, incluindo automação de build, testes, deploy, rollback e ambientes efêmeros.
  • Experiência com Infraestrutura como Código, como Terraform ou equivalente.
  • Prática consistente com testes unitários, de integração e e2e, além de preocupação real com validação de performance.
  • Experiência com Docker e ambientes de execução como Kubernetes e/ou Cloud Run.
  • Vivência com observabilidade e práticas de SRE, incluindo logs estruturados, métricas, tracing e definição/monitoramento de SLOs e SLAs.
  • Boa comunicação, colaboração entre áreas, adaptabilidade e autonomia para conduzir temas técnicos complexos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em times de e-commerce, especialmente em contextos de conversão e jornada digital.
  • Vivência com arquiteturas Headless Commerce.
  • Experiência em liderança técnica, mesmo sem gestão formal.
  • Histórico de atuação em projetos com alto nível de customização de experiência ou produto.
  • Conhecimento do ecossistema Shopify será considerado um plus.
