Gerenciar, planejar e desenvolver as estratégias comerciais da Insight Energia, visando à expansão dos negócios, prospecção de novos clientes, fortalecimento das relações comerciais e ampliação da participação da empresa nos segmentos de geração de energia, manutenção industrial e serviços eletromecânicos.Atuar na gestão das oportunidades comerciais, negociações estratégicas e processos de contratação, assegurando a elaboração de propostas competitivas, a viabilidade técnica e econômico-financeira dos negócios e o alinhamento das ações comerciais aos objetivos estratégicos, operacionais e de rentabilidade estabelecidos pela Diretoria.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais para expansão dos negócios e captação de novos clientes;Gerenciar o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e identificar novas oportunidades no setor de energia e manutenção industrial;Conduzir negociações comerciais, propostas técnico-comerciais e processos de contratação;Analisar oportunidades de negócios, avaliando viabilidade técnica, financeira e comercial em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis;Gerenciar indicadores, metas e resultados comerciais, apresentando relatórios à Diretoria;Coordenar as atividades da equipe comercial e promover a integração com os setores de Engenharia, Orçamentos e Operações;Representar a empresa em reuniões, visitas técnicas e negociações estratégicas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão comercial, desenvolvimento de negócios e negociação de contratos;Conhecimento em propostas técnico-comerciais, formação de preços e gestão de indicadores;Desejável experiência nos segmentos de geração de energia, manutenção industrial ou serviços eletromecânicos;Liderança, visão estratégica, boa comunicação e foco em resultados;Disponibilidade para viagens.Diferencial: Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas relacionadas.
