Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Privacidade para atuar em projetos de adequação à LGPD, governança de privacidade e proteção de dados pessoais. Procuramos profissionais com experiência prática na área, perfil consultivo e interesse genuíno em desenvolver carreira em Privacidade e Proteção de Dados.

A posição é remota e oferece oportunidade de atuação em projetos dinâmicos junto a clientes de diferentes segmentos.

Principais responsabilidades

Participar de projetos de adequação à LGPD e demais normativos de proteção de dados; Realizar mapeamento de processos e fluxos de dados pessoais; Elaborar e revisar inventários de dados, ROPA, RIPD e demais documentos de privacidade; Apoiar análises de risco e iniciativas de governança em privacidade; Revisar contratos, termos de uso, políticas e avisos de privacidade; Atender solicitações de titulares de dados e apoiar atividades relacionadas ao DPO; Participar de reuniões com clientes para levantamento de requisitos e acompanhamento de projetos; Conduzir treinamentos e ações de conscientização sobre privacidade; Pesquisar legislações, regulamentações e boas práticas relacionadas à proteção de dados; Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Segurança da Informação, Compliance, Jurídico e áreas de negócio.

Requisitos

Formação superior em Direito, Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prática em projetos de privacidade e proteção de dados; Conhecimento da LGPD e seus principais requisitos; Experiência com mapeamento de dados, inventário de dados ou ROPA; Vivência na elaboração ou apoio à elaboração de RIPD/DPIA; Boa redação para elaboração de documentos e relatórios; Organização para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e prazos; Comunicação clara, objetiva e profissional; Capacidade de atuação consultiva junto a clientes e equipes internas.

Experiência atuando como Consultor(a) de Privacidade, Analista de Privacidade ou suporte a DPO; Vivência em consultorias ou ambientes com múltiplos clientes; Conhecimentos em ISO 27001, Segurança da Informação ou GRC; Certificações EXIN Privacy and Data Protection, EXIN DPO, EXIN Information Security Foundation ou similares; Certificações OneTrust; Experiência em treinamentos de privacidade e conscientização; Pós-graduação em Compliance, Proteção de Dados ou áreas relacionadas. Perfil comportamental buscado Interesse genuíno pela área de Privacidade e Proteção de Dados; Perfil analítico e atento aos detalhes; Postura consultiva e foco em soluções; Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade; Flexibilidade para atuar em diferentes projetos simultaneamente; Facilidade de relacionamento com clientes e equipes multidisciplinares; Comunicação objetiva e foco em resultados.
