Liderá uno de los equipos ofensivos que impulsa el crecimiento de la ciberseguridad.

En INSSIDE estamos buscando un/a Red Team Manager para liderar nuestra práctica de seguridad ofensiva.

Buscamos un perfil que combine excelencia técnica, liderazgo de equipos y visión de negocio. Una persona capaz de potenciar el crecimiento del área, acompañar el desarrollo del equipo y convertirse en un referente para nuestros clientes.

Este rol tendrá un impacto directo tanto en la evolución técnica del servicio como en la generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Como Red Team Manager vas a ser responsable de liderar la práctica de Red Team, garantizando la calidad de los servicios y acompañando el crecimiento del negocio.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar al equipo de Red Team.
  • Asegurar la excelencia técnica de los servicios de seguridad ofensiva.
  • Supervisar proyectos de Pentesting, Red Teaming, BAS y otras evaluaciones ofensivas.
  • Detectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro de clientes existentes y nuevos prospectos.
  • Trabajar junto a los equipos de GRC, Blue Team y Comercial para impulsar iniciativas de cross-selling y up-selling.
  • Participar en reuniones con clientes brindando soporte técnico-comercial y acompañando procesos de preventa.
  • Elaborar propuestas técnico-comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Definir indicadores del área y reportar resultados operativos y comerciales al Director de Operaciones.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de metodologías, procesos y capacidades del equipo.

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en Seguridad Ofensiva.
  • Experiencia sólida realizando Pentesting, Red Teaming, explotación de vulnerabilidades y OSINT.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos de manera simultánea.
  • Excelente comunicación con perfiles técnicos y ejecutivos.
  • Visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.

Será un plus si además contás con experiencia en:

  • Preventa técnica o desarrollo comercial de servicios de ciberseguridad.
  • Elaboración y presentación de propuestas técnicas.
  • Gestión de clientes corporativos.
  • Desarrollo de nuevas líneas de negocio.

Certificaciones deseables:

  • OSCP
  • CEH
  • eWPT
  • Otras certificaciones equivalentes en Seguridad Ofensiva.
