The posting

Commercial Operations Specialist

Integral Molecular is hiring a Commercial Operations Specialist to build and manage the commercial engine behind our four product lines. You will own Salesforce end to end: standing it up for each business, defining how we sell, and making sure what happens in the field is captured accurately in the CRM.

Each product line sells differently today. You'll bring sales, marketing and leadership onto a common process, then turn it into clean data and reporting that drives commercial decisions. This position will be hybrid after the initial training period.

What you will gain from working at Integral Molecular

  • Make an impact. Your work shapes how we bring tools for antibody research and discovery to scientists.
  • See your work in action. You will report to our VP of Strategy, work directly with commercial leaders, and your data will be in forecast used to make strategic decisions.
  • Grow with us. Our employee-first culture supports your development at every stage.
  • Work and thrive in a friendly, fun, and supportive environmentin the heart of Philadelphia’s biotech ecosystem.

What you will do at Integral Molecular

Salesforce build and administration

  • Work with sales, marketing and finance to define how each product line sells, from lead to closed-won, and build agreed stages and exit criteria into Salesforce.
  • Define and own the org's architecture: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and data governance.
  • Serve as the internal lead for our Salesforce consultant during the build across four product lines: gather requirements, review designs, test builds, sign off on releases, and track scope and timelines.
  • Own management of CRM and CRM data after build handoff: maintain configuration and automation (Flows, approvals, assignment rules), support users, and manage the enhancement queue.
  • Keep data clean through regular deduplication and hygiene audits.
  • After the initial build, scope and roll out additional capabilities, including sales incentive reporting, deal desk and pricing approvals, and post-sale handoff to onboarding and customer success.
  • Train new hires and existing reps on Salesforce and the sales process, and monitor adoption.

Reporting and analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, bookings, conversion and rep performance, with metrics defined consistently across product lines.
  • Prepare analysis for forecast calls, QBRs and leadership reviews.

Marketing automation integration

  • Maintain the integration between Salesforce and [HubSpot / Marketo / Account Engagement], including lead routing, scoring and campaign tracking.
  • Report on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have

Required

  • 3–5 years in sales, revenue or commercial operations, with hands-on Salesforce administration.
  • Solid Salesforce configuration skills: Flows, record types, validation rules, permissions, reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform connected to Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways for leaders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across sales, marketing and finance.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience standing up or migrating a CRM, or working with an implementation partner.
  • Experience with BI tools, CPQ or deal desk processes.
  • Background in B2B environments preferably in the life sciences.

If you find this position appealing, please submit your resume and your salary expectations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
