1. Persyaratan & Spesifikasi Bisnis

  • Melakukan diskusi dengan para pemangku kepentingan untuk memahami tujuan operasional, kebutuhan pengguna, kendala bisnis, dan persyaratan alur kerja.
  • Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis ke dalam Dokumen Persyaratan Bisnis (BRD) dan Dokumen Spesifikasi Bisnis (BSD), termasuk persyaratan fungsional, kriteria penerimaan, dan alur pengguna.
  • Membuat diagram alur proses dan alat bantu visual untuk mengkomunikasikan operasional bisnis dan persyaratan kepada pemangku kepentingan secara efektif.
  • Memastikan spesifikasi tepat, terstruktur, lengkap, dan siap untuk pengembangan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Produk & Solusi, Pemangku Kepentingan, dan Tim Pengembangan TI untuk memvalidasi dan menyelesaikan spesifikasi sebelum pengembangan.

2. Pengembangan Aplikasi & Alat Penyaringan

  • Berdiskusi dengan anggota tim lain untuk mengusulkan fitur dan/atau teknologi baru yang tersedia dalam aplikasi perusahaan, termasuk alat bantu berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan analisis, penyusunan spesifikasi, dan dokumentasi.
  • Menganalisis bug, tugas, dan masalah yang dilaporkan dalam aplikasi untuk menentukan akar penyebab dan dampaknya, melaporkannya kepada pengembang, dan menindaklanjuti hingga terselesaikan.
  • Membuat dan mendokumentasikan Permintaan Perubahan (Change Request/CR) untuk peningkatan atau perbaikan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan, termasuk justifikasi dan dampak yang diharapkan.
  • Menjadi Pakar Bidang (Subject Matter Expert) untuk aplikasi inti perusahaan dan memberikan saran dan/atau rekomendasi untuk perbaikan.
  • Berpartisipasi dalam perencanaan poker dan tinjauan sprint pengembangan aplikasi.

3. Pengujian Penerimaan Pengguna (User Acceptance Testing/UAT) & Validasi

  • Menentukan skenario pengujian, hasil yang diharapkan, dan kriteria penerimaan untuk fitur dan produk baru.
  • Mengkoordinasikan dan melaksanakan aktivitas UAT terstruktur bersama dengan pemangku kepentingan dan Tim Pengembangan TI.
  • Memastikan bahwa bug, masalah, dan inkonsistensi didokumentasikan dengan benar, dikategorikan dengan jelas, dan ditindaklanjuti hingga terselesaikan.
  • Memastikan bahwa hasil pengiriman sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan prototipe yang telah disetujui sebelum dirilis.

4. Analisis Produk

  • Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data berdasarkan aplikasi dan situs web untuk mendukung rekomendasi.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan departemen, alur bisnis, dan metodologi.
  • Melakukan benchmarking dengan platform pengembangan aplikasi lain untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang peluang pengembangan aplikasi.

5. Kolaborasi & Konsultasi

  • Berkolaborasi dengan Desainer UI/UX dalam pembuatan wireframe, prototipe, dan alur pengguna untuk memastikan logika bisnis tercermin secara akurat sebelum pengembangan.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan untuk menyelaraskan harapan, mengumpulkan umpan balik, dan memastikan komunikasi yang lancar sepanjang siklus proyek.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan Tim Pengembangan TI sepanjang proses pengembangan untuk memastikan persyaratan diimplementasikan secara akurat dan masalah diselesaikan secara efisien.
  • Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad-hoc lainnya yang diberikan oleh Kepala Departemen dari waktu ke waktu.
