  • Build trusted relationships with advisors by providing responsive, accurate, and professional support.
  • Manage routine and moderately complex advisor inquiries, escalating higher-risk or more complex matters to an Advisor Relationship Manager or leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain awareness of open advisor requests and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
  • Proactively communicate status updates, next steps, and potential service issues.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce advisor friction and improve the overall service experience.
  • Partner with senior team members on complex or escalated advisor matters.
  • Develop a strong understanding of advisor needs, business models, and service expectations.

Operational Support

  • Provide operational support across brokerage and advisory functions.
  • Assist with money movement and account servicing activities, including distributions, wires, ACH requests, transfers, and other account-related transactions.
  • Support advisors in navigating operational processes, firm policies, systems, and service resources.
  • Coordinate with custodians, clearing firms, and internal business partners to resolve service requests.
  • Identify and assist with resolving NIGOs, operational exceptions, and incomplete requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up related to advisor requests and outstanding issues.
  • Develop proficiency across applicable custodial platforms, firm technology, products, and processes.
  • Support advisor adoption of firm systems, technology, and available service resources.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify recurring service issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve the advisor experience.
  • Recommend practical improvements to workflows and service processes.
  • Participate in team projects and business initiatives supporting operational effectiveness and organizational growth.
  • Partner effectively across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Trading, and other functional teams as appropriate.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to support consistent service delivery.

Performance & Service Standards

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service while managing multiple advisor requests and priorities.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and appropriately escalate complex, sensitive, or higher-risk matters.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Meet established service expectations, departmental goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate accountability for assigned requests through completion.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and an exceptional advisor experience.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, brokerage operations, an RIA, broker-dealer, custodian, or clearing firm environment.
  • Experience supporting financial advisors or client relationships strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, or similar platforms preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65) preferred but not required, depending on assigned responsibilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
