Responsabilidades da função:

  • Responsável por construir um relacionamento sustentável com pequenos e médios produtores do agro, entendendo as suas necessidades e estabelecendo uma estratégia de recomendação dos produtos financeiros que estão de acordo com a necessidade do cliente;
  • Construir um relacionamento sólido com produtores rurais em sinergia com parceiros internos;
  • Fazer a gestão da carteira, garantindo proteção e cuidado da saúde financeira do cliente;
  • Atendimento ao cliente na comercialização de produtos e serviços bancários;
  • Planejar e executar as atividades com disciplina e eficiência, garantindo prazos, melhores resultados e valor para o cliente;
  • Conquistar novos clientes.

Precisamos de alguém com:

  • Formação superior completa;
  • Pós-Graduação e/ou MBA serão considerados um diferencial;
  • Experiência comercial e atendimento a clientes produtores rurais;
  • Experiência em produtos financeiros do agronegócio;
  • Certificação mínima de CPA 20 ativa;
  • Habilitação (CNH) Categoria B ativa;
