Local de trabalho:

São Paulo/SP - Região do Morumbi

Principais atividades:

  • Atuar com Recrutamento e Seleção de profissionais de TI, desde o alinhamento de perfil até a entrega final do candidato;
  • Realizar busca ativa (hunting) em plataformas como LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, e comunidades especializadas;
  • Conduzir a triagem técnica dos currículos com base em requisitos como linguagem de programação, frameworks, arquitetura, cloud, etc.;
  • Agendar e realizar entrevistas estruturadas com foco em perfis técnicos;
  • Alinhar frequentemente os perfis com os gestores de tecnologia para garantir assertividade;
  • Manter e alimentar um pipeline de candidatos constantemente atualizado;
  • Desenvolver e executar abordagens personalizadas para perfis escassos ou estratégicos.
  • Acompanhar e garantir a boa experiência dos candidatos ao longo do processo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo (Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas);
  • Experiência prática em recrutamento e seleção de perfis técnicos (mínimo 2 anos);
  • Habilidade comprovada em sourcing e hunting de profissionais de tecnologia;
  • Conhecimento básico sobre linguagens de programação, stacks, metodologias ágeis e papéis técnicos (ex: Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.);
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.
