Help us make some noise in France!

El Tony Mate is on a mission to shake things up in France. And we're just getting started. To take our brand to the next level, we're looking for a Marketing Rocket who's ready to turn bold ideas into real impact.

From unforgettable brand experiences and events to exciting marketing projects, you'll be right in the middle of the action, working hand in hand with our Country Marketing Manager.

Location: Lyon Workload: Fulltime, 35hrs/week Duration: 6 months Start: December 2026

Your mission: Project Management & Marketing Operations

  • Support the Country Marketing Manager with day-to-day projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track timelines, priorities and operational needs across projects.
  • Follow up on marketing materials, branding and projects with agencies and partners.
  • Contribute to improving marketing processes and ways of working.

Events, Partnerships & Activations

  • Support the preparation and execution of El Tony Mate events and activations across France.
  • Follow up on partnerships and sponsorship requests and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
  • Coordinate operational needs including equipment, transport, deliveries and visibility materials.
  • Support on-site activations when required.

Brand, Content & Creativity

  • Support the day-to-day follow-up of our social media agency and content projects.
  • Bring forward new ideas, activations and creative concepts.
  • Identify relevant trends and opportunities to develop El Tony Mate in France.

You've got what it takes if:

  • You're currently studying Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or something similar.
  • You're looking for a 6-month work-study placement starting in December 2026.
  • You're a natural go-getter. Organised, proactive, curious and always ready to take ownership.
  • You've got an eye for detail, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. Getting things done is what drives you.
  • From your laptop to the festival grounds, you feel at home wherever the action happens.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change and know how to roll with it.
  • You're flexible and up for traveling occasionally to make things happen across France (around 10-15% travel).
  • Sports, lifestyle, culture, music and events get you excited? Amazing!
