Du möchtest die digitale Zukunft der Energiewirtschaft mitgestalten und hast Erfahrung darin, Teams und Organisationen auf ihrem Weg zu einer erfolgreichen agilen Zusammenarbeit zu begleiten? Du arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, denkst über einzelne Teams hinaus und hast Freude daran, Strukturen nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Agile Coach (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Teams in ihrer täglichen agilen Arbeit und begleitest gleichzeitig die Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Teams und Organisationseinheiten hinweg. In einer skalierten Produktorganisation mit bis zu 14 interdependent arbeitenden Teams sorgst du gemeinsam mit den Beteiligten dafür, dass Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und agile Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Teams, Management, HR und Transformationsverantwortlichen zusammen und unterstützt dabei, Impediments auf Team- und Organisationsebene zu erkennen und nachhaltig zu lösen.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben

  • Moderation und Begleitung agiler Routinen wie Dailys, Reviews und Retrospektiven
  • Coaching der Teams in agilen Arbeitsweisen, Rollenverständnis und effektiver Zusammenarbeit
  • Identifikation, Priorisierung und Begleitung der Auflösung von Impediments auf Team- und Organisationsebene
  • Weiterentwicklung der teaminternen und teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeitsstrukturen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Förderung eines nachhaltigen agilen Mindsets
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management, HR und Transformationsverantwortlichen bei strukturellen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontaktpunkten innerhalb der Organisation zur Förderung agiler Prinzipien
  • Kommunikation und Eskalation kritischer Hindernisse an relevante Entscheidungsträger

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in komplexen bzw. skalierten Produktorganisationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Frameworks, z. B. Scrum oder Kanban sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Skalierungsansätzen wie SAFe, LeSS oder Nexus
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren interdependenten Teams
  • Kenntnisse in Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
  • Erfahrung in der Identifikation und Auflösung von Impediments auf Team- und Organisationsebene
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Moderations-, Facilitation- und Konfliktmanagement-Techniken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Coaching-Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch gegenüber dem Management souverän aufzutreten
  • Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Energiesektor und Erfahrung im Umfeld von SAP-Transformationen
  • Eine agile Zertifizierung, z. B. Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist/SPC oder ICAgile, ist von Vorteil
